Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

FlowPic.ai ("FlowPic," "we," "our," or "us") is an independent AI creative platform that provides access to third-party AI image and video generation models through our custom interface. FlowPic.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Replicate, OpenRouter, or any underlying AI model provider.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules that govern what content may and may not be generated, uploaded, shared, or distributed through FlowPic.ai. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference.

By accessing or using FlowPic.ai, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

2. Intended Use

FlowPic.ai is designed exclusively for legal commercial visual content creation, including:

• Product photography for ecommerce and marketing
• Ad creatives for social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
• Thumbnails and social post visuals
• Landing page hero images and brand visuals
• Short-form video concepts for legitimate commercial use

All generated content must comply with applicable laws and the terms of our underlying AI providers.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content categories are strictly prohibited on FlowPic.ai. Generating, uploading, sharing, or distributing any of the following may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities:

3.1 Sexual and Adult Content

• Any sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
• Nudity or sexually suggestive imagery of any kind
• Content marketed or described using terms such as "uncensored," "NSFW," "18+," "no filter," or "unfiltered generation"
• Sexual content involving minors under any circumstances (zero tolerance)

3.2 Harmful and Violent Content

• Graphic depictions of violence, gore, or bodily harm
• Content glorifying, promoting, or inciting violence against individuals or groups
• Content that facilitates self-harm or suicide
• Terrorist, extremist, or hate group propaganda

3.3 Identity Manipulation

• Deepfakes — AI-generated video or images that falsely depict real individuals without their explicit, documented consent
• Face-swap or face-manipulation tools of any kind
• Content designed to impersonate a real person to deceive or defraud

3.4 Illegal and Regulated Content

• Content that violates applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Content that facilitates illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, etc.)
• Content targeting protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation) in a hateful or discriminatory manner
• Content depicting child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment

3.5 Misinformation and Deception

• Fabricated news, synthetic media designed to spread disinformation
• Content falsely attributed to real public figures
• Manipulated images or videos designed to deceive the public on matters of significant public concern

4. Platform Restrictions

In addition to prohibited content, the following platform behaviors are not permitted:

• Using FlowPic.ai to generate content for or on behalf of prohibited businesses (adult sites, gambling, weapons dealers, etc.)
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent content moderation systems
• Sharing, selling, or distributing generated content in violation of third-party platform terms
• Using automated tools or bots to mass-generate content without prior written authorization
• Reselling or redistributing access to FlowPic.ai generation capacity

5. Content Moderation

FlowPic.ai employs automated content moderation systems to detect and prevent prohibited content generation. These systems operate at the point of generation and may:

• Block generation requests that contain prohibited content signals
• Flag accounts for review based on generation patterns
• Automatically suspend accounts with repeated violations

Creem Moderation: FlowPic.ai uses the Creem Moderation API to screen all AI image and video generation requests before processing. Prompts that trigger moderation filters are rejected and not processed.

We conduct ongoing compliance monitoring and reserve the right to review any generated content at any time.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this AUP or believe a user is abusing the platform, please report it immediately:

Include: Description of the violation, URL or screenshot if available, and your account email.

We will investigate all reports and respond within 3 business days.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

FlowPic.ai reserves the right to take the following actions for AUP violations, at our sole discretion:

Account terminations for AUP violations are final and non-refundable. Any unused credits or subscription time is forfeited upon violation-based termination.

8. Underlying AI Provider Compliance

FlowPic.ai is an independent platform that accesses AI generation capabilities through third-party providers, including Replicate (replicate.com/terms) and OpenRouter (openrouter.ai/terms).

By using FlowPic.ai, you agree to also comply with the acceptable use policies of these underlying AI providers. FlowPic.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any underlying model provider, including but not limited to Replicate, OpenRouter, Google, Stability AI, or any other model creator.

Content restrictions imposed by underlying model providers are automatically enforced in addition to this AUP.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to active users
• Prominent notice on our website for at least 14 days

Continued use of FlowPic.ai after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
